General Terms of Use
1. General
- By accessing the website www.digifotopro.nl,hereinafter referred to as 'website', and/or using the information offered on or through this website or registering for services to be provided, you declare your agreement with the applicability of the (terms of) use, disclaimer and privacy regulations mentioned below.
- If new developments make this necessary, these general website terms of use may be adapted.
- Dutch law applies to the website, these general website terms of use, the disclaimer and the privacy regulations. All disputes arising from or in connection with these general website terms of use, the disclaimer and the privacy regulations shall exclusively be submitted to the competent court in the district of The Hague, Netherlands.
2. Definitions
- Clipboard Publishing B.V.: a publisher of print magazines and online platforms, based at Delftweg 147 in Rijswijk, registered in the commercial register under number: 27233611.
- Terms: these general website terms of use.
- Website: all information and/or technical infrastructure and/or communication facilities offered on the internet by or on behalf of Clipboard Publishing B.V., including the web pages under various domains of Clipboard Publishing B.V.
- Content: all material published by or on behalf of Clipboard Publishing B.V. (including but not limited to - websites, texts, image and audio material, program data, advertising, marks, names and software).
- User: anyone who consults, uses or refers to the website.
- Gallery: the content of advertisements, photos, videos, etc. placed by Clipboard Publishing B.V.

- Content on this website is compiled with care. Nevertheless, it is possible that this information or Content is incomplete and/or contains inaccuracies. Clipboard Publishing B.V. excludes all liability for any direct or indirect damage, of whatever nature, resulting from the use or (un)availability of this website and/or the Content obtained through this website, including content of third parties and hyperlinks to third-party sites and the products or services offered on or through these internet sites. With regard to use by consumers, Clipboard Publishing B.V. excludes liability for indirect damage, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

- Consultation of the Content and use of the Gallery must take place in accordance with these general website terms of use.

5. Browsers, robots
The Content may only be consulted through normal browser visits via the pages of websites or other services offered by Clipboard Publishing B.V. It is not permitted to consult and/or analyze the Content in an automated manner, for example via scripts, spiders and/or bots.
6. Linking
Linking and referring to pages of the website is in principle permitted to a limited extent, however, these links must lead visitors directly to the context within which Clipboard Publishing B.V offers Content. Reprinting, framing, republishing, editing or adding is expressly not permitted.
7. Embedding
Embedding is only permitted for own, non-commercial use by private end users. The remaining conditions mentioned in these general website terms of use must be observed without restriction.
8. Other provisions
- It is not permitted to modify any part of the Content, and/or services of Clipboard Publishing B.V (including the related technology) or to incorporate it into a User's own website, app, widget, gadget or other service through reverse engineering.
- It is not permitted to circumvent or remove technical security measures, or to make this possible for others.
- The User will not cause damage to the reputation of Clipboard Publishing B.V. This means in any case that Clipboard Publishing B.V is not associated with violence, sex, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs and extreme political views or that the Content or services of Clipboard Publishing B.V are made the subject of defamatory or discriminatory statements. It is up to Clipboard Publishing B.V to determine this.
- The User is responsible and liable for the reference to the Content, the context within which this reference takes place and/or additions made by third parties including those of the User themselves. The User indemnifies Clipboard Publishing B.V against any claim by third parties (including infringement of copyrights, privacy violations, moral rights, portrait rights, etc.).
- Clipboard Publishing B.V reserves the right to modify, remove, make inaccessible or discontinue (parts of) the Content or its services (temporarily or otherwise) without prior notice.
9. Copyright and other intellectual property rights
- The (intellectual) property rights with regard to the content and design of the website, including the texts, data files, photos and other (still and/or moving) visual material, audio material as well as the Content, belong to Clipboard Publishing B.V or its licensors.
- Reproduction (including editing) and/or publication other than as described in the general website terms of use is not permitted without the prior written consent of Clipboard Publishing B.V.
10. (Visual and audio) material
- The (visual and audio) material on the website is largely proprietary material. Clipboard Publishing B.V has done everything that can reasonably be expected to guarantee the (copyright) rights to the material in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Those who nevertheless believe they can assert rights may still contact Clipboard Publishing B.V with a request to remove the relevant visual and audio material if there are valid reasons for this and they are presented.
11. Responsibility for rights when referring
The User is responsible for obtaining permission and complying with any additional conditions that third-party rights holders may impose regarding referring to the Content (including linking and embedding) and the User indemnifies Clipboard Publishing B.V for claims.
12. Privacy statement Clipboard Publishing B.V
- Clipboard Publishing B.V offers various services. For the proper functioning of these services, it is sometimes necessary to collect and (temporarily) store your personal data, such as for signing up for a newsletter.
- Clipboard Publishing B.V attaches great importance to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal data. We will process your personal data exclusively in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations. Personal data will not be shared with third parties, unless this is necessary for our service provision, there is a legal obligation on Clipboard Publishing B.V or when you give explicit permission for this.
- This privacy statement applies to visitors of every website that is managed or registered with Clipboard Publishing B.V.
- Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will only be processed for the purpose for which the data was collected. This personal data will not be provided to third parties without your explicit permission, unless one of the following situations occurs:

Subscriptions
1. Duration and termination of the subscription
- A subscription is entered into for the specified period and is then – unless terminated – automatically renewed, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Within the first subscription period, the subscription can only be terminated at the end of the agreed subscription period, whereby the subscriber must notify Clipboard Publishing BV of this termination at the latest one month before (the appearance of the first issue of) the new subscription period via +31(0)15-7600-700 and in writing.
- Upon automatic renewal, the subscription is converted into a subscription for an indefinite period. Termination of the subscription after automatic renewal can be done with due observance of a notice period of two months. When a subscription period is not fully used, Clipboard Publishing BV will charge the associated administration and processing costs (€ 2.50). These will be offset against the excess subscription fees paid. Termination can be done by phone via +31(0)15-7600-700 and in writing.
- Information about the duration of your subscription can be requested from our subscription service by post, telephone and email. The contact details are stated in the colophon of the magazine.
2. Payment of subscription fees and payment method
- Payment of the subscription fee must take place prior to each subscription period in a manner that the subscriber has accepted when entering into the subscription. The subscriber can change the payment method during the entire subscription period from invoice to direct debit and vice versa themselves. The continuation periods of the subscription are debited via the same payment method from the same account number. You can find the subscription prices on the subscriber page on the relevant website. - In case of late payment, including due to reversal of the debited amounts or due to insufficient balance in the indicated account, reminder costs will be charged. If the subscription payment is also not received after a reminder, Clipboard Publishing B.V. is entitled to terminate the subscription unilaterally and with immediate effect as well as claim any compensation and outstanding payments.
- Upon termination of the subscription before the end of the term for which the subscriber has paid the subscription fee, the subscriber is entitled to reimbursement of the difference between the ultimately payable amount for the subscription received (increased by an amount of € 2.50 in administration and processing costs related to the reimbursement) and the amount already paid.
- A change in the subscription price will be published on the relevant website at the latest four weeks before it takes effect
3. Delivery
- The delivery of Clipboard Publishing B.V. magazines takes place via PostNL. If the magazine has not arrived or has arrived damaged, the subscriber can contact our subscription service about this.
- In order to ensure uninterrupted continuation of delivery, address changes must be reported to our subscription service at least four weeks before the moving date by the subscriber by email or post. The address change will be confirmed by email or post. If the confirmation is not received, the address change has not been received and/or processed by us. Clipboard Publishing is not responsible for any issues with delivery due to the lack of an address change.
